A world class British company renowned for its expertise in designing and manufacturing high-quality audio products are looking to add a PCB Design Engineer to join their growing team in Wiltshire!
With a strong emphasis on engineering and innovation, they have become a prominent name in the world of hi-fi systems. With a dedicated customer base and a reputation for excellence, they are now going through a period of rapid expansion.
As a PCB Design Engineer, you will be working with other engineers in the department to design Analogue; Digital; Mixed-Signal; and RF PCBs to meet the demanding performance requirements. You will create design documentation and specifications for use by PCB fabricators as well as liaise with PCB manufacturers to clarify design requirements and ensure smooth transfer for manufacturing bare boards, with considerations for design for manufacture.
The PCB Design Engineer must have:
- HNC, HND or BSc in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent industrial experience.
- Experience with Altium
- Experience with EDA software (preferably Mentor Graphics PADS PRO /Expedition PCB)
- Experience working with Component Databases/ERP/PLM systems.
- Audio electronics experience is beneficial
