As the Technical Manager – Electrical Interconnect, you will play a key role in managing our Technical Department, ensuring the delivery of top-notch technical solutions to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing team activities, supporting new product introductions, coordinating technical training, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will lead talent enhancement efforts, manage continuous improvement programs, and represent the Technical Department at various forums.
Required skills and experience for the Technical Manager – Electrical Interconnect job:
- Electrical/engineering background (HND/BTEC level or higher).
- 3-5 years managerial experience in an electrical interconnect-based environment.
- Familiarity with market requirements and trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Continuous improvement-oriented with lean and change management knowledge.
