Overview of the role: We are looking for an Advanced Algorithm Engineer to join our EV team at TEIC. This role will be responsible for the research and development of algorithms of motor control and power electronic control technology. As well supporting the transformation of relevant research results into program codes, model construction of motor control algorithms.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Responsible for the research and improvement of algorithms of motor control and power electronic control technology

• Benchmark the research trend and related information of motor control algorithm of mainstream manufacturers, and define the next-generation platform algorithm according to the development trend of industry algorithm.

• Provide technical support and algorithm simulation analysis

• Support the transformation of relevant research results into program codes, model construction of motor control algorithms.

We would like you to have:

• More than 5 years of experience in power electronic control and motor control software development

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics/ electronics related discipline, ideally an Electrical and automation engineering subject

• Experience in the European automobile industry or mainstream automobile manufacturers is preferred

• Familiar with C/C++ embedded software development, familiar with Simulink simulation modeling

• Have a certain knowledge of hardware and power electronics

• Good English proficiency
