A leading design and manufacturer of complex electro-mechanical machinery are seeking an experienced Electrical Production Engineer to join their growing R&D centre in Bridgend, Wales (near Cardiff). This company has been running for nearly 30 years, they operate across the UK, Europe and USA. Their technology is vital to rail, aerospace, telecoms, medical, and automotive industry companies. We are currently in the process of expanding their manufacturing Team.

As a Electrical Production Engineer you will provide participate in the investigation of system problems arising from testing, acceptance or operational use in the field. Generate build documentation and parts lists to enable the purchasing department and manufacturing department to order parts and build products /machines.

You will work with a team of talented electronics, electrical, software and manufacturing engineers to successfully design projects from concept to manufacture. You will personally design high value systems which will be used across the globe. 

What skills and experience is required from you for the Electrical Production Engineer role:

• The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree/HNC level in Electrical and/or

  Electronics Engineering.

   

   

• The candidate will have a minimum 2~3 years’ experience in a

  process/technical support environment.

   

   

• The candidate will have a strong electrical /controls / automation engineering.
