This Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer job is an opportunity to work on incredibly innovate 3D CAD design projects. You’ll work on designs that will be seen globally. Working with electro-mechanical systems, plastic injection moulded parts, automotive projects, medical products, consumer and exclusive brand projects. You’ll join a very supportive and ambitious R&D team in Warwick, Warwickshire. This is a very rare and sought after career opportunity to take your first steps into Mechanical Design Engineering.  

The ideal Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer will have the following skills / experience:

• A recent 1st class or 2:1 in mechanical engineering, CAD design, or similar. 
• Strong mathematics skills to work on design calculations. 
• Relevant work experience in 3D CAD design using SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar. 
• Relevant work experience from university project in product design. 
• An understanding of mechanical development including design, testing, analysis.
• Strong communication skills are important for this role. 

This Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer role is based in Warwick and is commutable from part of the West Midlands (Coventry, Birmingham, Redditch), Warwickshire (Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Nuneaton, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby), Oxfordshire (Banbury), and Leicestershire.
