MECHANICAL CAD DESIGNER JOB IN STROUD, GLOUCESTERSHIRE!!!
A multi-billion dollar international technology company is currently looking for Mechanical CAD Designer to join there engineering/production team in their offices in Stroud, Gloucestershire. With facilities in over 120 countries worldwide our Client is a leader in developing state of the art equipment to challenge the traditional limitations of the oil and gas industry. You will work on incredibly complexed and innovative projects on a global scale. As a Mechanical CAD Designer, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining engineering project design layouts, production drawings and other related documentation. You will also have a great knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies as well as assembly techniques.
Skills Required for Mechanical CAD Designer in Stroud, Gloucestershire (sponsorship available!):
- Degree or HNC in Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Experienced in producing design layouts, drawings and documentation
- Extensive experience in using 3D CAD packages, ie PTC CREO, Solidworks, Catia or NX
- Hands on DFM and DFA experience and good knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies
- Use of Windchill or other PLM software tool
