New Mechanical Design Engineer job available in Malvern, Worcestershire
- £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + benefits (private medical cover, annual bonus, electric car scheme)

This Mechanical Design Engineer job is an opportunity to work for an R&D business designing critical rotating systems, developing plastic injection moulded parts and surface coatings and metal fabrications using SolidWorks. This role will be full product life cycle design from concept through to manufacture. You would be based in the company HQ in Malvern, Worcestershire on a hybrid working basis.
Skills / experience required:
- Strong 3D CAD design skills using Solidworks or similar.
- Full product lifecycle design, testing, analysis experience.
- Exposure to plastic injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, and castings.
- Ability to design enclosures, packaging electronics / electro-mechanical systems.
- Experience with tolerance analysis or PDM systems would be beneficial but not essential.
