A leading electronics manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their busy Power Electronics Department in their Hampshire facilities! With a focus on mission-critical, high-tech electronics, they’ve been at the forefront of innovation since 1987. They are now seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support design, development and manufacture of components and assemblies including tooling, fixture and test equipment.
Skills required for Mechanical Engineer role in Hampshire:
- Degree qualified or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or production.
- Experienced CAD user, preferably Solidworks
- A minimum 5 years experience in high technology industry and high complexity designs to component level
- Experienced in DFMEA and PFMEA
- Strong manufacturing knowledge and experience
- An excellent communication skills
