A leading organisation are looking to add a Production Technician to join their growing team based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

This company develop state-of-the-art complex embedded products and are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to growth they are looking for a new Production Technician who would be responsible under the direction of the Production Manager, for the assembly of all products marketed by the company. This document lists the duties and obligations of the role as they currently exist, but all staff are expected to undertake such additional responsibilities as may from time to time be agreed in consultation with the company.

Key responsibilities/requirments of the Production Technician job:

• Electrical Assembly

   

• Experience of working in an electrical assembly environment, making/assembling electrical products. (Ideally small scale, low volume, fast paced high-tech environment).

   

• Use of tools Fully proficient with the use of small hand-held tools for electrical product assembly, i.e., screw drivers, hex keys, small wrenches, snips, soldering iron etc.

   

• Mechanical Assembly

   

• Able to assembly small mechanical enclosures containing framework and electrical PCBs (use of tools above)
