Would you be interested in developing opto-electronic sensor instrumentation, involving analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics, FPGAs and DSPs?
A leading research and development organisation based in Worcestershire (near Malvern) are seeking a capable Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join their expanding team. As an Electronic Design Engineer you will design and develop analogue, digital and mix-signal products. You will also design multi-layer PCBs using Altium. This role will mainly be 'hands on' design but will also offer opportunities to mentor / manage engineers within the design team.
Skills / Experience required from you:
- A strong background in hardware / electronic design, development and testing.
- Experience with analogue, digital, mixed-signal electronics.
- Ability to use Altium (or similar) for PCB design.
- Exposure to FPGAs, DSP or embedded programming would be beneficial but NOT essential.
- EMC design approvals would also be beneficial but not essential.
