A leading research & development organisation are seeking a skilled Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join their growing engineering team on their site near Stockport, Lancashire.
In this Senior Electronics Design Engineer job you will be working with a multi-disciplined R&D team on the development of complex scientific electronic products and also working closely with colleagues overseas.
Skills / experience required for the Senior Electronics Design Engineer job:
- Proven experience of working on electronic product development in an R&D environment
- Ability to develop analogue and digital electronics
- Experience of writing embedded code
- Experience of developing scientific instrumentation would be beneficial
Key responsibilities of the Senior Electronics Design Engineer job:
- Involvement in the whole project lifecycle, from concept through to design, prototyping and testing
- Work closely with all other technical disciplines in the Engineering department through the development process
- Support production during the manufacture and testing phase
- Remain informed of technological developments in industry and incorporate these into designs wherever possible
